These terms apply to the Odds Companion PRO website, PWA and Windows desktop app, delivered by Broyt Fauske AS, Fauske, Norway.

1. Service

Odds Companion PRO is an analysis and workflow tool for football odds, coupon control, system betting and related calculations. It is not a bookmaker and does not place bets for the user.

2. License and subscription

A purchased subscription or license is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Access is available while the subscription or license is active and paid.

3. Prices and payment

Available products, prices and subscription periods are shown on the pricing page and in the Stripe checkout at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change for future purchases or renewals.

4. API-Football and data access

The PWA uses server-side football data with daily usage limits. The Windows desktop app normally uses the user's own API-Football account and API key. Third-party services may have their own limits, availability and terms.

5. No guarantee of profit

Odds Companion PRO provides calculations, signals and workflow support only. No winnings, profit, odds outcome or betting result is guaranteed.

6. User responsibility

The user is responsible for checking coupons, odds, stakes, local betting rules and all final decisions before any bet is placed with an external bookmaker or betting operator.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design, content, calculations and branding belong to Broyt Fauske AS or its licensors. Copying, reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution or resale is not allowed.

8. Availability and changes

The service may be updated, changed or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party data issues or technical limitations. We try to keep disruptions as short as practical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Broyt Fauske AS is not liable for betting losses, missed opportunities, third-party outages, data errors or indirect losses from use of the service.
