Refund & Return Policy

Odds Companion PRO is delivered as digital software, PWA access and license activation. Nothing physical is shipped.

1. Digital delivery

Access may be delivered immediately after payment. When the service has been activated and used, the purchase is normally considered delivered.

2. Refund requests

You may contact us within 14 days if the license has not been activated or if a critical technical issue prevents normal use and we cannot resolve it within reasonable time.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled for future periods through Stripe or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a period that has already started and been delivered.

4. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are normally not granted for activated and functioning access, betting losses, changed betting results, unused time after voluntary cancellation, third-party API-Football costs or external service outages outside our control.

Send your order email, license email and a short description of the issue to post@oddscompanionpro.com. We will review the case and respond as soon as practical.
