1. About the Service

Odds Companion PRO is a desktop application for structured football odds work, system coupon building, history and analysis. The app is developed and sold by Brøyt Fauske AS (Norway). By purchasing or using Odds Companion PRO, you agree to these terms.

2. License

Odds Companion PRO is sold as a one-time purchase with a personal, non-transferable license. The standard license allows up to 2 activations on supported platforms. You may not share, resell or redistribute the license key or the app. The license is for personal use only.

3. Packages and Pricing

Two packages are available: Odds Companion Norsk Tipping (690 NOK) and Odds Companion PRO (1,490 NOK). An upgrade from Norsk Tipping to PRO is available for existing Norsk Tipping customers at a reduced price. All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes do not affect completed purchases.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy on behalf of Brøyt Fauske AS. After payment, you receive a license key and access to download the app. The license key is delivered electronically through the Lemon Squeezy receipt or customer portal.

5. API-Football – Not Included

Odds Companion PRO is sold without an API-Football subscription and without an API-Football key. You must create your own API-Football account and provide your own key. API-Football is a third-party service with its own terms, pricing and availability. Brøyt Fauske AS is not responsible for API-Football service changes, downtime or costs.

6. No Guarantee of Profit

Odds Companion PRO provides tools for analysis, overview and system building. The app does not guarantee profit or specific outcomes. Gambling involves risk. You are responsible for your own decisions and should gamble responsibly and only where it is legal for you.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Odds Companion PRO, including software, design, logos and documentation, belong to Brøyt Fauske AS. Your license grants you the right to use the app as intended. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works based on the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

Odds Companion PRO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond what is required by Norwegian law. Brøyt Fauske AS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including financial losses from gambling.

9. Updates and Support

Brøyt Fauske AS may release updates to the app at its discretion. Support is provided by email at post@oddscompanionpro.com. We aim to respond within one business day.

10. Termination

Your license remains valid as long as you comply with these terms. Brøyt Fauske AS reserves the right to revoke a license if these terms are violated, for example by redistributing the app or license key.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Norway.
