Digital Product

Odds Companion PRO is a digital product delivered electronically as a license key and downloadable installer. There is no physical product to return.

Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

Under Norwegian consumer law (angrerettloven), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal may be waived if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost. If you have not activated the license key and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will process your refund.

When You Can Request a Refund

You may request a refund if:

• You have not activated the license key and the request is within 14 days of purchase.
• The app has a critical defect that prevents normal use and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

When a Refund Is Not Available

Refunds are generally not available if:

• The license key has been activated and the app is functioning as described.
• The request relates to API-Football availability, pricing or limitations, as API-Football is a third-party service not included in the purchase.
• The request is based on dissatisfaction with gambling results. The app does not guarantee profit.

How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to post@oddscompanionpro.com with your order number or the email address used at purchase. We aim to respond within one business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days.

Upgrades

If you upgrade from Norsk Tipping to PRO, the upgrade purchase follows the same refund policy. The original Norsk Tipping purchase is not refundable after the upgrade.
